1. Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery services throughout the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
2. Delivery Times
Same Day Delivery
We offer Same Day Delivery on orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

Cut-off Time: To guarantee same-day delivery, your order must be placed and successfully paid for by 5:00 PM (GMT+4) Sunday to Saturday.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will automatically be scheduled for delivery on the following day.
Standard Delivery Schedule

Delivery Hours: Our standard delivery window is typically between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM (GMT+4).

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times (e.g., "exactly at 3:00 PM"). You can select a preferred time slot during checkout (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening), and we will do our best to accommodate.
Peak Season Delivery
During peak floral periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid), due to high volume:

Same Day Delivery may be suspended or the cut-off time may be earlier.

3. Shipping Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location within Dubai.

Free Delivery: We offer Free Delivery on all qualifying orders as per our current promotions (check the homepage for limited-time offers).

Standard Fee: If your order does not qualify for free delivery, the standard delivery charge will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.
4. Delivery Process and Confirmation
Contacting the Recipient

To ensure the freshest delivery and confirm someone is available to receive the flowers, we may contact the recipient beforehand. This is especially important for deliveries to offices, hospitals, or private residences with restricted access.
Failed Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact the customer and/or the recipient.

We allow a waiting period of 10-15 minutes upon arrival.

If we cannot complete the delivery, the flowers will be returned to our shop. A re-delivery fee will apply for a second attempt. We cannot be held responsible for the freshness of the flowers following a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect recipient information.
Proof of Delivery

Once the delivery is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address and recipient's phone number are correct. Incorrect details may result in delays or non-delivery.

Changes: Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Changes are subject to feasibility.
